Been on Brickwerks. They have two types. Is it the 19mm I need?

You need to measure the diameter of your anti roll bar.later vans tend to be 21mm.

If you can fit a 19mm spanner anywhere on the bar then its a 19mm, otherwise it will be a 21mm. Although i believe ambulances had a thicker bar.

On the round bit, ideally somewhere near the arb mountings but without broken paint or rust if possible. Start with 17mm, and go up 1mm at a time until the spanner stops going on. It's the last spanner size that goes on.

It's a 19mm. looks like trade vehicles are 19 on the whole and caravelle etc 21. I think Autosleepers were builders vans

thanks for advice

I'm glad you understood what I meant, what a numpty

Start at 17, keep going up until spanner fits on, when spanner goes on that's the size, in case anybody refers to this in the future.

Glad you corrected yourself. I was struggling a bit to stay with your normal sage-like advice

Got side tracked with bodywork. Back on this. Can I just jack the van up undo the bolt above the bush and change for new?

You don't want any load on the ARB, so much better with both wheels off the ground or both on the floor (even if raised on blocks)
