Our front near side brake calliper is worn and making the brakes move slightly resulting in a clacking sound as we drive along. Has been bodged by our garage but after a trip to Pembrokeshire, it's worked loose again, but having spoken to my garage he is concerned that a refurb might still have a similar problem (no idea why, I am not sure where the wear is on the calliper) so I've looked at Brickwerks, where I usually buy all our bits from, has anyone fitted these? Do they last? Are they as good as new ones? Can I get a brand new one? So many questions, sorry but the noise drives me mad, it has to be sorted before any further distance drives. Thank you

85 being a crossover year depends on whether you have early or late brakes.

According to the very useful t3 selector, our van has the early brake callipers, and a real mix of other bits! I checked this when we first got the van, but had forgotten all the info, might have to print it all off.
