Drop links
Noticed a banging noise on front of my kamper while driving.l found one of the drop links has snapped,Is it better to buy a new after market one or a second hand one and replace bushes on both sides.

Re: Drop links
New. I'm on my way to work so haven't time to hunt for them but Band B sell some really well made drop links at a very good price. This lists the sleeve only but get in touch with them or search for the listing on ebay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-T25-CAMPE ... Swv-NWXbcP" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Drop links
At work now
Cranked version: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-T25-CAMPE ... SwLVZVqNUA" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Straight version (with all bushes) : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-T25-CAMPE ... xydlFS6R8A" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Latter is a bargain considering everything is there (ones I bought) and they seemed more heavy duty than ones I took off. I imagine your handling making a tight turn (like a sideroad) is abominable now. It'll wallow like an old settee
Never had any issues with BandB stuff - other than CV joints which lasted six months. They were not GKN/Lobro though.

Re: Drop links

Re: Drop links
The shoulders face upwards, so the top one faces away from the bush, the bottom one to the bush.fazzer wrote:Mite be a silly question but do the 2 drop link washers have to go on a particular way,I know they do with the straight drop link.
