Start with replacing the temp 2 sender (the blue plug one, on the thermostat housing) and disturb/clean/renew all the earths, including: earth crowns on A post under dash, lh cylinder head to chassis and the battery earth strap if suspect.

Sorry, don't know anyone in that area, how about a manual though ?
http://www.vanagonauts.com/files/Digijet_FI.pdf
If it isn't the temp sensor, then the next place to look would be the fuel pressure regulator, giving high pressure meaning extra fuel per duty cycle.
Probably runs at 2.5 or 3 bar.
Also double check the colour of the fitted injectors. Colour denotes delivery rate in cc / minute
(all the above assumes it's rich throughout the range, not just idle)

I'm pretty much self sufficient these days, haven't taken a VW to a garage for probably over 30 years. Have a superb roling road guy in the North West though.
However, you could contact ajsimmo on here. Seems genuinely helpful and a good guy, never met him though. He does tend to be booked up too, always a good sign. Lincolnshire so not so far for you either.
The other thought I have has is that the Digijet is for a 2.1 engine. On a DG you have 10% less air flowing which would naturally lead to overfuelling (as there's no lambda correction),unless the map in the ECU was changed, smaller injectors used or the fuel pressure reduced. (so maybe variable FPR would be the way to go if there's nothing fundamentally wrong and no manual tweak available on the ECU)

do you have any proof of that?
Not saying your wrong but this question has been asked before yellow or green are they the same and the answer from some very respected WBX geeks is yes same so if you have some proof that would be great.

Re: HELP Digijet Tuning.. Anyone recommend someone?
Bosch injectors are graded by colour - had to upgrade some on one of my cars after they were operating at 100% duty cycle after some enhancements, all done on rolling road. Normal upgrade route on turbo cars, more puff more fuel
The manual I guided to said something about blue / yellow being different.
I'm about to head south so can't look up a reference, just google bosch injector colour codes and I'm sure something will pop up

Oh bugger it, I'll be joining a traffic jam on the M25 later anyway, so why rush to get there
From a Saab forum http://www.uksaabs.co.uk/UKS/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=160490 (fliptop knows his onions)
Has all the part numbers, non Bosch too, but no color (sic) code conversion. You can always look up by the Bosch part number http://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/InjectorRatesBosch.html
and another thing - injectors have different resitance values too, wrong value ECU no talky properly, or something like that, never got into that detail.

Re: HELP Digijet Tuning.. Anyone recommend someone?
You're positive it's a dg? A DH is an injected digijet 1.9. seems a lot of work to add figijet to a dg..
My old DH had yellow Bosch injectors if that helps any.

Green injectors are marked with
the bosch part number 0 280150206 and
VW number 025 906 032

Re: HELP Digijet Tuning.. Anyone recommend someone?
Just coming back to this:
I've been investigating T25 injectors and have come to the following conclusion:
VW part number was 025 906 031, this is what it says in ETKA, pictures on ebay show yellow injectors, Bosch part number 0280-150-206
Today the same Bosch part number brings up a "green" injector and according to t3bluestar the VW part number ends in 032, not 031.
The same injectors are used on all the petrol injected T25's, from which I conclude that the fuel map in the ECU must vary by engine size. The ECU for a manual DJ is VW part number 025 997 021X, I cannot see one for the DH engine mentioned above
What ECU is fitted to your van Disco Denbow ?
