Me too..... I don't think there's much force on the pivot point/bush mount but I can't explain why I think that and google doesn't seem to be much help.

The front bush clamp bolts are pretty weedy, that tells us something.

and one end of the front clamp is just a bit of bent steel through a slot so there can't be much force on it or it would pull out, so is the eom krankenwagen one. tbh my chassis bracket is probably stronger than the oem front one.. reckon it will be fine.

Well i put the rear bar on last night and bled the brakes, took it for a spin and the brakes wern't right so i didn't push it.
Better luck tonight, adjusted the brakes so the self adjusters work properly now. Took it for another spin and pushed it a bit harder on the corners and went twice round a tight roundabout to get it leaning. Feels very planted at the back, a little wierd at the front but time will tell as it beds in and i adapt to it.
Not the best pics i'm afraid but it's dark under there.
P.S. be careful when you stick your head under the wheel arch, i got my ear stuck behind the arch. Hahahaha... thought i was going to have to get the wife to jack the van up.

I took the van for a 130 mile run round the island yesterday, on a mix of newly resurfaced lovely smooth roads and rough single track potholed hells. On the smooth stuff she handled great and cornered like she was on rails. But on uneven surfaces it wasn't great and even cocked a leg coming out of a mates drive, not enough articulation for wild camping up forestry tracks, think we might get stuck so the rear arm will have to come off. Oh well, it was a good experiment.

Handling is always a compromise, as you have found out BBB.
Stiffer ARB= less lean, better handling on smooth roads, but a rougher ride and less grip in the wet.

2 steps back 1 forward... It was playing on my mind additional stress the ARB could put on the trailing arm bushes so I had a look
Horror of horrors not only were the bushes shot, 1 end of the trailing arm was rusted away when I removed the old bush, so nowt for it
a pile of bits from Brickwerks only known cure... I have cut up steel, drilled & tapped all ready for mounting the ARB clamps.
Next weekend should see things moved on some what PHEW

Well progress 2 new trailing arms on 1 side needed a bit of work, the bracket that the arm bolts to had rusted away, new one welded in place all's well
So on with the rear ARB, brackets drilled & tapped for the ARB clamps , clearance hole drilled in the angle iron, chassis marked up for drilling
I cut and tapped pice of metal to go the other side of the chassis to take 8mm bolts .... off to scotland 8th of June so I've set my self a dead
line to get this fitted .Phew self imposed dead lines

Not done the job on a T25, but generally you'll struggle fitting ARB bits if just one side is jacked up.

Funny you should mention cocking a leg incident. The alternative outcome presented itself to me many years ago when I took my engineer approved Bedford CF elevating roof conversion over Hardknott Pass and the slider mechanism derailed due to the chassis twisting.
Something tho think about unless you have a standard roof.

I've a lifting roof ,didn't factor that when fitting rear arb .
It's not blue sky stuff that I'm doing simply retro fitting
something that was an optional extra ... But time will tell,
in the mean time I've yet to simple fit the drop links ...

Finally fitted my rear anti roll bar .. took some time to get this fitted but all done now . thanks for the help bigbadbob you kinda nudged me to keep
