Hello,
Hubby tried to sort our clutch at the weekend, fluid was really low and will need bleeding, he needs to get the slave cylinder off (I think that's what he said!!) He's found it but it won't budge.
Is there anyone reasonably local to CW2 that could have a look please or be able to recommend a mobile mechanic? I'll provide cake and or beer
We can't get it to a garage and were planning on using it next weekend
Happy to send photos if it's easier than a visit?
Thank you

Re: Help with clutch if possible - South Cheshire
Afternoon, might be worthwhile putting up a pic of the problem. When I did mine the other year I cleaned the nut and bolts holding the slave with in place with a wire brush and treated them with plus gas for a couple of days. They came undone but had to remove it with the solid pipe still attached as I couldn't undo it under the van. I had to put it in a vice to remove it.
