NAILED IT!!!!!! Woohooo.
Checked HT leads this morning,3 out of the 4 showing reading of 6000, one to cylinder 2 showing OL, luckily I had one spare HT lead (god knows why) checked reading 6000, swapped them over. It stated first time, took it for a drive back to how it was
Will check timing and the like, but just happy to have it back running. Living and learning about this van as I go.
As a footnote, the replacement HT lead is pretty short and its Just about reaching. Anyone got a spare lead to No2, dont mind paying, its the later push in type, will buy a new set when I get paid end of the month.
Thanks all for your tips

Great News. It’s a nice feeling isn’t it.
Info: HT leads should measure 5-8000 ohms per foot.

Lol, was about to reply on this one. My first thought was ignition lead/s breaking down. Tends to happen once things get warm.
