I did mention what I used in WIKI - Irwin rusty bolt removers, They will shift round allen head bolts too. You may have to put it on at a jaunty angle, Alternatively you could chisel the head round until it comes undone. To be honest, I think I covered everything. Took an age to write.

I have done this job on an early engine. My best advice is to liberally apply plug gas, morning and evening for a week before you start undoing anything. Also when you do start bear in mind that sometimes very slightly tightening a stuck bolt can ease its grip as much as or alternatively to undoing. Also clean all bolt heads with a wide brush and only use properly fitting sockets and spanner’s. then you have the best chance of success . Good luck.
