Misfire creates loud knocking in brake servo vacumm pipe

Hi
After some help I have an issue with my 1.9 dg t25 occasionally when Luke warm it gets a misfire that creates a loud knocking noise in the brake servo vacumm pipe and the misfire get worse until un driveable then give it 5 mins start it and it runs fine for a week. This mainly happens when it is stood for a few days and is driving me mad, does anyone have any suggestions?
