Morning All,
I've just replaced my water pump and therefore replaced all the coolant. I used pink G13 and prior to refilling the system was filled with just water to check for leaks etc.
Since refilling I have done about 150 miles and the coolant in the header tank is unbelievably orange - no sign of pink just a beautiful rust colour........
i expected some discolouration from stirring up the bottom of the rad but it is truly filthy.
Should I add this to the 'worry' list?
Any things I should do?
Thanks for any advice

Re: Orange Coolant
Shame all that hard work..but you know the solution is to drain off and flush, run, flush, run and flush..then refill.

Thanks Martin,
Makes sense, will do just that once I'm back from actually using the van for its proper purpose. At least it will mean I get to practice my bleeding skills....
Thanks for the reply
