Have the crank pulley 068 105 255F
Have the pump pulley 068 145 255C
Using the set up on a turbo'd 1Y engine
1. The alternator v belt slightly rubs the bottom cambelt cover
2. The crank pulley is out of line with the pump pulley by 5mm
It is as if the crank pulley needs a 5mm shim behind it to pull everything out a bit, stop the rubbing and line everything up. Nothing is shown or listed on the VAG parts diagram
Any ideas or thoughts greatly appreciated
