avo lowering springs are really good, ive used them on all but one of my vans. that van had JK ones on, they lowered the van but i found them a bit too bouncy, the avo's are a good spring.
apparently H&R's are better but i havent got that kind of money so i couldnt give an opinion on those. you wont go far wrong with avo's, how low you going?

i will be using the caravelle as a daily driver next week on the isle of wight where the roads arent brilliant. Last t25 i went for 50mm and felt like going lower, AVO recommend 50mm for daily driving and dont do a 60mm. Also with 50mm you dont have to change the shocks. i was thinking of 70mm for the look but just how practical will they be?

ive got 70mm avo's on mine, it is a bit bumpy on some roads but not as bad as you'd think, clearance isnt really a problem, and dont forget to trim bump stops down.
i'm running standard wheels though so if your running on alloys they may feel worse, they'll definately feel worse if you are running low profile tyres. if thats the case i'd go with the 50mm's

if its a full weight camper then -50mm is enough.

i would only run -70 on an empty tin top bus or velle

My van had avo -45mm springs on it when i got it and I swapped them out for brand new avo -50mm's. It looks like a syncro now compared to how it was! I didn't notice any issue driving on the -45's with a fully loaded camper - only swapped them because the -50's were brand new.

it is a velle used daily butwill be used to go on holiday next month with 5 people a dog and luggage. Is this too risky for 70mm?

ideally yes, anything 60mm or lower really should have 'shorter' shocks,

hi mate,
it rides alright unless you hit a big old hump in the road or a pothole but other than that its not too bad,
no photo's as of yet but i can get you a couple tomorrow if i get chance,
its on standard wheels which i'm hoping to have painted and some nice hubcaps put on but it'll all have to wait until the bloody engine situation is sorted first,
