Hi

I don't have a diagram as I bought my loom ready pruned from RJES

Haynes do a manual and they usually have a good diagram - about £20 and you can order them from Halfords.

Best

Solely from the experience of doing my own loom.
Consolidate your ECU/engine feeds, and earths. Live, switched live, cranking signal from starter and fuse them inside your junction box. I used a relay to switch the live inside the junction box so I then had fused, ign and live, starter extended from the solenoid.
Work out where your going to put your ecu, relays and obd point and arrange your loom to suit where it will come through the bodywork. Mine is in the rear quarter panel with the grommet and body cut from the Subaru and stitched that cut in to the vw.
Work out which outputs you need for the VW loom, off the top of my head, oil, temp, switched ign, speedo from ecu if you have a tacho , I used the diesel glow plug line for the obd light, I then patched these using a pigtail from the old loom so it was was nicely fitted also in the junction box. One seven pin plug is basically lights and the other engine.
You will need and wiring diagram for your Subaru ECU though, sorry I can’t remember where I got mine from, lots of time on google.

From the pic it looks like you're well on the way. Some good advice from adie89. Pay attention to the auto starter wiring as you'll need to change that for a manual setup, the ECU needs a starter solenoid input on B28 (white/green or white/black). Set the ECU to 'manual' by earthing pin B25, and leave the NPS input B26 unconnected. If your donor had VDC, earth ECU pin B6.

Sorry had a working weekend, I’ll try to get pics this week but my whole back is full of panels and painting stuff while I fix it.
I’ve also found my wiring diagram for a 00 2.5 legacy, but I don’t know how to share it from my incredibly old garage laptop. If you have a solution I’ll gladly share it as a starter for you.

Where’s your immobiliser ring. key and unit? I hope you have it still if you cut it out
