DX Won't idle after cambelt change

Post by Theclash »

For your rocker cover problem you need to change the studs when fitting rubber gasket Can't remember if it's with or without collar but that will be why it's leaking ,I'm not familiar with dx more PB engine which is basically electronic version of dx and I would say it looks set up correctly although on the PB there are 2 marks on flywheel first is 6 degrees btdc and second tdc when setting ignition timing on PB it has to be set at 6 btdc I don't know setting for dx but that would be my first port of call to check
