Well issue is with an AGG that just fitted to my sons T4 (was supposed to go in my T25 but thats another story) It ticks over fine and will rev up to 6k but then dies the moment you come off the throttle, so unable to do basics such as changing gear etc.
Have looked at the timing and appears to be correct, could it be an air leak somewhere causing this? I know back in the day on carbs would been the air/fuel screw at fault but on an injection am not too sure.
So any ideas??

Check the intake for air leaks, between the LMM and the throttle body there should be no air leaks.
