Bought a few pressies for the Gipsy today...
Namely, sound deadening for the doors, new speakers, and some rustoleum!
I am colleting parts for the winter's job of revamping the cab area.

it'll be dash out, rubber matting out, and bring it up to date. The original, 32 year old interior is getting a little tired now
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Cover on to withstand the rain. Rear wheels off to paint. Not sure how much longer I can rustoleum this time of year.

This is coat 1 for the front wheels, wanted to see how it looked

Whilst it has been sunny, have started to tackle some surface rust coming through, sanding, rust killer on, paint. Just waiting for a good evening to do some flattening and polishing.
Going to tackle a few seam rashes this weekend to see what the rust is like.

Sat' removed the arb d bushes to fit the new one's but they didn't fit.
Last night took out and washed the curtains...not sure if they're going back in.
This afternoon decided to lift the cab step mats and have a look what was lurking underneath. Not too bad really, just a bit of rust around two of the holes the mat plugs into. Gave it all a wire brush, treated with vactan then a coat of primer.
