Can’t argue with that :)

I see Halfords are offering free MOT’s at the moment. Pop in or buy 50p item online to qualify.

Nothing is free with Halfords, they probably stitch you up more than £40 for some failures, which probably never occur, had you taken it to a trusted MOT station!

was quite impressed with Halfords yesterday as I wanted a Camping Gaz 470 cylinder and they had none in stock so ordered one and had a text message in the afternoon that it had been delivered to them for collection

Must say the day I take a vehicle of mine to halfords for an mot is the day I know it’s time to throw the towel in lol much better to find a good garage with knowledge of older vehicles and building up rapport with them.
Brickwerks, however, I have nothing but good words about. Never had a dodgy part and they’re always swift to respond to email enquiries about parts, I’ve found :)

fitted the one way valve today and replaced some pipe with Brickwerks pipe, after fitting it I thought I would start Baz up on gas then switch over to petrol, bugger me it fired up straight away, it coughed and spluttered for a few seconds and then ran great, well impressed, will leave it on petrol for a couple of weeks when we are away on holiday then try it again, so thanks Double0seven for the very handy idea :ok

My pleasure, might add a bit of life to a starter motor too, save all that cranking :)
