I've still got my 1964 Triumph Tiger 90 (350cc twin cylinder) I bought after my test in 1991. Plus there's a 1972 Triumph Tiger 650 at Mum & Dad's place (must get that home....well, I only moved out 20 years ago :rofl ). Done various rallies over the years - Concorde, Barrel Biker's, Dragon - good times, good group of folks.

I'm working on the electrics on the Tiger 90 at the moment. Put some indicators on her (to give some clue to Mr/Ms Driveupyour Exhaust-Pipe of my change of direction) and a self-cancelling indicator electronics box from the US. Had to change the ground over to negative earth to fit it (no positive earth option) and must've moved something as the timing's WAAAAAYYY out (oops  ).

And then I get a T25, and the poor ol' Tiger has to to wait a bit. Ah well, you can't rush these things.

Ride safe everyone.

I got a ‘61 BSA C15 250 , a ‘61 BSA A10 650 both of which I restored about 25 years ago and ride regularly.

I also have a ‘40 BSA WM20 500 undergoing a long term resto, bought as a box of bits years ago.

When I’m not out in the camper van I love to go touring on my BMW K100 RS

Yeah biker here too. Currently riding 2016 speed triple, but not very often. Anyone else find bikes and vans a conflict of interests. Always seem to be away at weekends in our van Norman hi top leisure drive. Not complaining but it just seems difficult to balance the two

I've been riding for years, I'm currently riding the latest of a string of Hondas which is an NC750X, not classic but a good commuter and mini tourer. The one before that was a CBF1000 which served me well for over 10 years. I like the balance of van and bike as they're two very different ways of getting about.

I have been trying to buy a decent road legal Yamaha TY250 for the last few years. Its the only bike I am super keen on and ride a 50CC monkey style bike around town most days. Super handy for getting places quick around London.

Had sports bikes for a long time but not had one now for 14 years. Now decided to get one for a 110 mile round trip daily commute. Any recommendations guys? Looking at the BMW G650 which looks nice, with a great riding position. Looking to buy during the winter as everyone says it’s cheaper :?

G650 are a good bike, but could also have a look at the Honda NC700S with dual clutch. Mate of mine has one for his daily commute from Woking to London and has had no problems with it at all.
