Radio Flyer Project

Postby 300CE » 30 Jun 2018, 12:06

New thread started as the other was trimmed.

Was going to fabricate a piece of metal to house the silly number plate, but found a 70 year old Smith's speedo drive holder which came off of Triumph/BSA etc. to do the job:

Just need the skull bolts i bought to hold it in place

Nice! The kids have one that I'm thinking of playing around with. How heavy are those go kart wheels, do they make a difference pulling it along?

The kart wheels are very light and weigh no more than the original ones that were on there. :ok

I had to buy front kart hubs to fit on the back but they are pretty light too and I can pull my son around on it with ease.
