Need help testing new website

Postby vanagain » 20 Jun 2018, 19:29

Hi, folks this is Ken Wilford at Van-Again. I haven't posted on this forum for a while, but I am sure many of you have used us for parts and also have been helped by our Vanagon (T25) specific repair articles on our website. We just set up a new website a few weeks ago and I am still trying to work the bugs out. Specifically, I wanted to test to be sure that someone from the UK could order parts through the site, and everything works that way. If you can use PayPal and want to help us out, here is what you should do. Go to the site here at http://www.vanagain.com
Then place an order using PayPal as your payment method and put in the notes that it is a test order. Then let me know if you try and it doesn't work, or what your experience is that way. If the order goes through I will refund your paypal as soon as I can (there is a time difference so if you do it in the middle of the night or something I would do it as soon as I could).
I appreciate any help you can give. If you have an issues with the site or have suggestions to make it better please let me know, we are trying our best to make it as great as possible to help the Vanagon/T25 community. Cheers!
Thanks,
Ken Wilford

Thank you folks for trying to help. I had a customer in Austria that was having a similar problem. You can enter everything and then get to the end and the submit button doesn't seem to work. I am going to get my people working on it. I sold lots of parts to the UK in the past year so I want to continue to serve you guys and gals. Cheers again and thanks for so many of you coming to check out the site. I could see it in real time on my site and there were quite a few of you that tried to help.
Thanks,
Ken Wilford

OK, the website is supposed to be fixed for orders from the UK now. Can someone try to test it again. Please use PayPal for now and I will refund the order if you put Test in the notes. Try to order at least 2 items. Thanks so much.
Thanks,
Ken Wilford

Ken Wilford (member on here) has asked if someone would do a test order from the UK through his website shop https://www.vanagain.com/

He WILL refund you. He just wants to know if his online VW shop works from UK

Cheers

Thanks for trying to help. Could be a momentary issue with the server. It happens if they are working on the site, etc.
Thanks,
