"captain Byrne"]Unfortunately 'Two Little Boys' by Rolf Harris.. It was however bought for me by a relative. It doesn't get any better though as it was closely followed by 'I Love You Love' by Gary Glitter. Ah well...

I feel your pain........ :rofl

So much more entertaining that pretending your first record was a cool one...

I am and never was a collector of particular genres of recorded music but my most treasured record is a 12” LP called Songs by Tom Lehrer.

This contains the following highly controversial and disgustingly satirical titles:
The old dope peddler, Be prepared, the wild West, I wanna go back to Dixie, Fight fiercely Harvard, Lobchevsky, The Irish ballad, The hunting song, My home town, We you are old and grey, I hold your hand in mine and The Wiener Schnitzel waltz.
Even the cover is a joy to read for an old cynic like me.
Sadly I don’t currently have a record player but am seriously thinking of buying one just to re listen to this refreshing stuff.

Not sure if he is still with us but if he is/was and assuming he still has his marbles I would love to hear a title relating America now and in particular Trump.
OK it might be more fun if he has lost his marbles - Tom that is 8)

Never was so much paid to so many for doing so little - CS 1941- ?
