mobile phone deals

Postby meggles » 12 Dec 2017, 23:10

Hi folks. I am looking to find a cheapish mobile phone deal. I want to use it just for work purposes and don't want a long contract. I don't need a fancy phone (Too complicated for me!!). I just need to call 3 or 4 different numbers and send texts. I'd probably make around 10 calls and send 12 texts each day, 7 days a week. I will need a bluetooth phone so that I can use the cars phone system. Any ideas folks? Thanks

My pay as you go Tesco mobile costs me less tan £10 a month as they triple the credit when I top up. The phone was cheap & easy to use as well.

Ended up using the Alcatel I bought a while ago and bought an 02 PAYG Sim. 5p text and 5p a minute calls. That'll do nicely. Thanks for the advice

You could have a Simm that never runs out from THREE 321 PAYG. 3p a minute, 2p a text and 1p a MB home and abroad. No brainer... Apart from any local coverage issues that may exist as they do on all providers, this remains the best deal out there, and you wont find yourself cut off if you dont make calls. Cannot understand why anyone uses other providers? A 70 quid phone like the Moto E completes the package. Why pay more when you can buy better cameras for £150 or less?

Had good reports about 02 so thought I'd give it a go. I can always change later.Only needed to send 2 texts and make one call in 2 days so far!
