Hi All
just watched the Hale & Pace sketch, yeh it was just like that some times!

You can't win though you never can tell a tradesmans T4 0r 5 from an enthusiast van, Flashed at by a brand new Transporter camper today and got smiley thumbs up as well(they flashed first) my wife tutted and said 'sad person' under her breath (saab owner) :| , I flashed at a T25 hi top yesterday and the young couple looked at me as if to say 'do we know him?'

My Nephew has just started working for himself fitting VW interiors 'campervanman england'

He drives a scruffy green T4 for work and pleasure, the inside is fully fitted out but if you saw it coming towards you would'nt think of giving it a flash.

HaveI done the right thing starting this thread, seemed a good idea earlier, Matron! he's out of bed again..... :)

Waving to type 4 & 5 's unless def an easy recognisable camping conversion is somg like an old le & Pace sketch from years ago whenchaps walking down a corridor don't if to acknoledge or not oif anyone can remember it :rollin

You have just made me chuckle. I get tired of waving from my t4. It's got drls bonnet bra too late its gone past . I did get a wave from a bay and a t25 yesterday on my way here to the Gower,
Sounds like a golf

we were out today ,didn`t see any other t25s but did park next a t4 motor home in the wetlands nature reserve which had two people sat in the front who looked over .i smiled and nodded but only got a confused look back as in who`s this nutter smiling and nodding at !
i think in future i`ll stick to waving at t25s and the odd bay and splitty :pimp

Blue one somewhere in central France (UK Plates, RHD) 2 weeks ago, going round a small roundabout in a small town, waved at us and we thought "bound to stop for a chat" but didn't

I'm sure I read this thread a couple of months ago. I remember the Hale and Pace sketch for one thing.
