Hi did you get your carburettor sorted out if you don't mind me asking who did you send it to and I hope you don't mind but how much did it cost as I'm trying to sort my van out I've replaced a lot of parts and this is the last thing to sort out .Thanks kev

Can you put a red wire on and then a black and then black to next bulb and red and so on. so you have red at one end and black at the other end or will this not work :run I'm not sure what you are asking buddy, could you rephrase and i'll do my best to answer. you have a red wire and blank wire on ...

Update. fitted 3 brand new bulbs, nothing! looking at the pcb strip that surround the bulb over the petrol gauge, it is a bit black and crinkly, looks like thats what shorted and gave me the "shock" originally? what are my options, i don't have a soldering iron mainly because i have shaky...

Just gave the inside of the dash a good clean...everything had nearly 30 years of dust and crud on it, Brushed and vacuumed out, check multiplug pushed right in, gave everything i could see a wipe i.e. the flexible connectors where they connect to the bulbs and everything is back. Hi has any one fitted the head lights from euro car parts £8.88each sale price (they have a sale on 50% off) they told me they had sold a lot of them for vw campers but they have a different fitting to the ones on my van (1987w/c) if you have fitted them can you let me no how you did it please thanks
