hi Ian just checked haynes manual and now know what you mean by the push rod i was confused by first reply as the only pushrods that i was aware of was the ones that fit onto the engine checked length and its o.k 99-100 mm after reading haynes manual i discovered that i was also supposed to pack rub...

hi i have just replaced my original fuel pump with a very nice looking one from the boys at brickwerks however i just tried to tuned my van over and it is not drawing in petrol: the fuel hoses are new and i can suck petrol through them hoses and through the pump. also i have double checked the house...

nothing looks simular to me... i've just taken a photo of the pipe its right of the excelerator cable.. if this helps with location.

- that was my assumption .. but i'm only guessing. its the only fat rubber pipe that come from the back / right hand side of the manifold.

manifold to carburettor rubber pipe
my rubber pipe that comes from the right hand rear side of the inlet manifold and then reduces in size to fit onto the carburettor has deteriorated … does anyone know the actual name of this rubber pipe…and where i can purchase a quality replacement.
