Hi Aidan,
I will check that when I remove the oil and the sump, I suppose it is a possibility. 4.5L should be the correct amount of oil I think.

I have a 1.9D AEF in my T25. The crankshaft seal behind the clutch has failed twice. The second one lasted a 100 miles! Can anyone suggest where I look for the problem?
