Am in need of a poop plate for my van (AAZ mated to petrol 4 speed box). Been offered a syncro one which is great.
Thing is, I wish I had a syncro van Mine is a bog standard 2WD. Will the Syncro one that came out of a JX work do you think?
Many thanks folks.

AAZ Crank Issue: AAZ or AHU?
Hey all. So looks like my AAZ crank needs replacing. Question is, when replacing it, I have a choice of another AAZ crank or an AHU. Would prefer to get away from the AAZ key issue, though this is not the reason I have to change the crank....loose flywheel is my problem. Is the AHU a straight fit in...

Re: AAZ install. New turbo leaking out exhaust...
Thanks folks. Really appreciate the input. Turbo was sourced new from Bernd Jaeger in Germany about about three years back, so well out of warranty. Been collecting and saving for quite a while :-) Return line is new from Brickwerks, but you are correct, must check is it actually returning. Have fit...

AAZ install. New turbo leaking out exhaust...
Hi there. After much searching I am going to write my own post as I cannot seem to find the right answer. I have just gotten my bus back after an engine transplant. Gone from a 2.1 to a 1.9 AAZ. Very good install by someone who knows his stuff and it looks factory. The engine came out of crashed Ven...

JX Power Steering Pulley Pic needed
Hey folks.
Am installing an original JX power steering pump into my JX van and was wondering if anyone had a pic of the pulley that is used? Don't have one and not sure what I am looking for.
Anyone have a pic of a Power Steering set up in a JX?
Really appreciate it.

Old one leaking ?
Do you mind what make and model you are putting in to replace it? Trying to figure out which is the right one to go for.
Many thanks

Changing luggage rack for Atlantic style scoop?
Hi folks; Have being lusting after a sunroof in the cab portion of my westy for a long while now. Just like the fresh air and sunlight. So bought myself one of the Atlantic/Cali style front scoops...the more aerodymanic ones to install and take off the luggage style rack. I have not received it yet ...

Aux Water pump on diesel lump
Hi folks. Searched for answer on this but did not find an answer.... To put it simply, my 1.6TD panel van did not have an auxiliary water pump fitted from factory. I am not putting in an AAZ and would like to have this pump added. If I go and buy the pump, the hoses that I have now will be unable to...

Re: Location of Aux Water pump on JX and AAZ....?
So its not attached to the engine Have pics of engine bay here and I think I see what you are talking about. Its to the right of the fuel filter on the bulk head and hoses going to the top of the oil filter plate.
Thanks folks....looks like mine does not have one.
Good idea to put one in?

Location of Aux Water pump on JX and AAZ....?
hi there. Am doing a JX to AAZ upgrade and I have read here about an aux water pump that exists on the JX. Now for some reason I can't seem to locate it on the JX. So two questions. Did all JX lumps have them or only some? And secondly, the same goes for the AAZ...can't seem to see one on there eith...

Re: Turbo query...KKK or Garrett
Update: Looked at the documentation and it seems the Garrett is now new but rather a refurb which occurred back in 1996 and has been sitting since. Will be making a call tomorrow..... Here is a couple pics of the turbo.... http://lh3.ggpht.com/_hqc3qmPK2is/THqhS52tEPI/AAAAAAAAAQk/Rx0WAM_8N...
