Re: Carpet Lining Shedding

our t 25 was lined with corded carpet that has been slowly deteriorating for a long time , every time you brush it with your head or other body parts there would be clouds of dust , ( very nasty to inhale ) . as i have been renovating our van over the last 12 months , the offending crap was ripped o...

Re: “start stop” technology

Juat a thought I had a similar ish problem , cutting out when braking !! , it turned out to be the vacuum hoses from the carbs to the servo .

on an air cooled there is a tee piece of unequall bore size made of rubber , it was this that had perished .

replaced this and not a problem since .

Re: Bumper black paint code

mine are steel bumpers !!!!! , you could mask off and spray the black line only .

if your bumpers are plastic based or fibre glass, you may be better using satin black plastic bumper spray , I did my grille and a few other odds and sods and also has a realy good finish .

Re: Analogue Clock (which to buy)

I got fed up looking for an analogue clock , all seemed to be way overpriced as they are now " retro " and therefore trendy .
you could scour the scrapyards , looking for old triumph dolomites etc .
