Thank you for the replies. As I said the fridge does require 50mbar.

I will get in touch with gaslow re : correct fitting. I cant beliebe its so difficult to just get a 50mbar butane regulator that fits!! Very frustrating when you have little knowledge!

Thanks for the reply. We will have to take it to a garage I think. Is it a problem that requires immediate attention in your opinion? Or could we drive on it? Is that then just a case of having the pipes looked at and unblocked (and any seals replaced)? Will it have likely caused any residual damage...

But I don't think the difficulty in pressing the accelerator is linked to this. It's been this was for some months...
