Havent tried it with the linkage off.. Don't know how to do that really???

Had it for years.. no probs before.. Wont go into those gears with the engine off.. But will into 4th an 5th...

Spoke to Steve at Gasure and he advises that max 55 in spare wheel tray.. So you are right, also makes the Autogas guy sound a bit duff if he gave me wrong advise to start!!
