thanks for all of your help guys. Ive decided to put my money into an AAZ as it was readily available with just 120k on it. I now need to source the petrol - diesel parts and a five speed box.

Hi Fellas. Story so far.... My 1.9dg was fully rebuilt last month. Initially et up as Haynes says with two turns on the tappets positive (against the retainers). Has been running fairly well, especially after 300 miles. We went in the garage for the initially check over and oil change. All was good....

Basically I'm a major novice with electrics and need advice on wiring up Mary.
