I'd check the fuel pump wiring behind the airfilter. My connections fell apart when pulled. Had same symptoms as you

Eurocarparts 70% discount...

Which 5/40 fully synthetic is best?
Might get some wipers, stock up on antifreeze and filters.

Re: Washer jet back to front?

Ok thanks. I washed him and the jet was too low on the screen. Adjusted it and now nothing. Must be blocked I guess.

1/8 inch hole through. Used a punch as a key. Still seals as didn't touch the rubber seal. A little too easy really!

Re: Westfalia water tank cap - lost key...

New caps from Brickwerks here: https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/locking-water-tank-cap-t3-and-lt-westfalia.html If I recall correctly the outer cover of the cap spins independently of the body until it has been unlocked, so it may be that you can make a hole through the outer section only which allows ...

Westfalia water tank cap - lost key...

I'm off camping at the weekend and can't find the filler cap key, and then to France for 10 days...

If I force the lock will i lose the ability to screw it back on?

Are spares available and how do I find the key number?

Why didn't I think to check sooner!

Re: Cooling issues - am I missing something?

I know that mine is a diesel but my gauge read high for a while after changing engine until all of a sudden it behaved more normally around the led mark. I have assumed that it "burped" an airlock as it has been fine since. I would suggest investing in a cheapo infra-red thermometer ( a c...

Re: Battery charge LED fault finding

Found it! The connector at pin 11 was pushed inside the connector. Just hope I can make it good. See photo which compares pin 11 to pin 10.
