Needed: Repair shop in South Devon
As title says, need someone / some shop in our area we can pay to get our camper back on the road. Or maybe sell to someone who wants to buy and fix it up themselves. I'd post in for sale, but have no idea what it's worth .. mostly because I can't get under it and check it all out myself. Old...

Re: Diesel or petrol and LPG
Have gas.
Always wondering where to fill next.
Lost storage with gas tank.
Expensive to get installed.
17-21mpg
Find a good diesel to start with... maybe a little more expensive than a petrol but not as much more as gassing.
No worries about where to fill next.
No lost storage.
32-45mpg

Vents are right in mud/dust pattern from front wheels. Is why VW moved vent up on all vans after splits.

Re: leasure battery
I have to slide seat off from normal facing front position. Make sure seat back is angle back enough so it clears steering wheel allowing seat to clear front of track. As in seat back to steering wheel stops seat from sliding forward enough to clear track. Then turn base back to front. and cover jus...

Re: Stopping in Laybys
Stop into a pub with a nice carpark and ask if it's okay to sleep in their carpark if you have a few pints and/or dinner. Never been turned down yet.

Sika-flex, Tigerseal, etc. is all you need. It will pull the jellcoat off of fiberglass if you aren't careful. Is panel adhesive/sealant like used on boats and car panels. Is nothing like silicone caulk!! I know cus I had to move my track up about 4" and had a hellofatime getting it off....
