Re: Confrimation of Windscreen Rust

Yes it looks like it. No point messing around with it if so. Take out the screen, cut out the rust. Its a pain I know. As a matter of interest lift the floor mat to see has the water done damage there.

Re: rock n roll bed - 1" thick MDF!!

When I was making my bed, I used 9mm birch ply with two 2x1 pine supports running the width of the seat base and the back. Solid as a rock and lightweight.

Re: T25 awning

You need to consider an often overlooked part of the awning - the ground sheet. :( On the Khyam Tourer, there is no groundsheet included in the purchase price, you must but it separately. I bought it and looking back, I wish I hadnt. It was over priced for what it was and it did not feel right unde...

T25 awning

I have the Khyam Motordome Tourer and for two adults it's perfect. I have a tin top and the awning really adds to the experience. I just wish I had it for June just gone in France. Here she is

Re: Keep killing 12V USB chargers

The item from CVC seem really expensive for what it is. Try a product from Durite, I have a number of them installed in my van and they are of top quality. German made. Albeit, it is a 12v socket not USB. http://forum.club8090.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=134316" onclick="window.open(thi...

Re: Awnings

I recently bought a Khyam Motordome Tourer. Used it once so far. Handy to put up is it's only real advantage over traditional pole type awnings.

I would have zero experience with electrics, but wiring one of these into the van was easy with help from this forum.
