chassis no confusion

I've been trying to identify my bus so I know if it's classed as early or late as buying parts has me confused.
the V5 says first registered 04/01/84 and the vin/chassis 25DH038514. I've looked at wiki, vw heritage and brikwerks but can't make sense of the information. Can anyone tell me plz

Re: Fridge not very cold. Any ideas??

I had the same problem with my fridge I thoroughly cleaned the gas burner and inspected the jet with a magnifying glass wh i could see the blocked jet. blow it out with a high pressure blast of air, check it again and if it's clear try It.

my fridge now freezes ice blocks. :ok

Re: Was fine, now confused - Setting Hydraulic Tappets

I'm about do do mine next week and the way I understand it is if you leave the engine for a couple of days the followers will drain down and it should be ok to adjust then. don't take my word though ask someone here before your attempt.

Re: Another Pierburg problem.Choke pull down unit & no idle?????

Sorry to butt in but I watched my carb choke warm up today and it took longer than 8 mins for the choke to come fully off, I checked the power to the heater element in the choke housing which was fine so now wondering if the heater element maybe shot ? Hope this makes sense.
