Panel van sliding door glass ?

Originally a panel van the old glass is too small. Will a flat piece of glass fit or does it need to have the slight curve li...

Put the whole lot back together and now the 2 flaps inside are rattling around. Aargh

Also the heating is now non existent and the van is overheating.

They hang down from the 2 lugs at each end of the flap. They snap into the top of housing. Send me your number and i c...

Heater core refit

Hi all, Had the dash off and removed the blower motor housing to replace it. When i eventually got the 2 halves apart lots of bits fell out. These are now all back in however there is a metal piece ( the length of the heater core ) and i am not sure if it goes into the housing before the heater core...

Re: Hot Wires

Sorry,
No idea what size the wire is.
The inline fuse is one of those old Beetle type ones. It is white.

Hot Wires

Hi,
My 1986 T25 Devon petrol camper has a leisure battery fitted.
I never had a problem ( that i am aware of ) until recently when i noticed that the +ve wire from the main battery to the relay ( 30 ) gets extremely hot whilst driving.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Adam

Re: accelerator pump diaphram..1.9 petrol 1986 piersburg

I took the accel pump off and the part in the picture above seems ok....but when i took out the small orange round part away from the body of the carb there is a small hole in it where it has been pressed against the 2 smaller holes.
I tried to upload a pic but the file was too big

accelerator pump diaphram..1.9 petrol 1986 piersburg

Just took the accelerator pump off my carb as there is a lack of power when setting off.
the small round orange rubber bit ( i assume is the diaphragm ) seems to have worn thru around one of the holes ( not the central one but one of the other

Any advice ?
