Hey Kermit, yes it is 8v gti, just looking at options at present. Did you have your piper cam fitted to your Van, what sort of gains did you get?

Guys i currently have a 2E fitted into my Whitestar, was after some advice on tuning the engine vs a engine swap.. A logical route would be to swap the Cylnder Head port/polished if budget allows bigger valves with a slight high lift cam (nothing too mental) Newmans 268.. Cant find much info on this...

Thanks for you help guys. I will see if i can salvage my whistle stops before i buy more used ones, seeing a lot of parts are now obsolete, potential money spinner for a buddy entrepreneur. Ref gutter trim, i see a few posts ref using classic mini trim, would you recommend?

It would appear looking around the Forum I'm looking for whistle stop strips, which are also like rockin horse sh*t...along with the roof gutter strips that fell apart on removal...
