Check the end float with the piston halfway up the bores, Aidan and I found that if the pistons were at full throw the readings were different to mid throw

Simon Ive already spoke to Duncan, gave him enough information to quote from including materials and finishes, I will send the finished CAD once I decide who is offering the best price on tooling. I have contacted two other supplier I know so I should get a good idea of price for tooling, and mouldi...

Vlux I will shop around and see if its possible to get aluminium tooling cheaper, I personally think that 6K is probably about right based on experience, as for silicon tooling again 600 quid would be about right. If you know of anyone who can make the tool for less I would like to know as spending ...

Do you have the part number for the original part, I will see if the drawing exists, as I could do with a replacement for my missing one. Tooling up using a rapid prototype process might be cheep enough, I estimate that a silicon tool for this part would be around 600 notes from memory and will make...
