I'm looking at an 87 Syncro multivan with a view to buying it. It has no diff locks fitted (from new).
Just wondering if there are any major pros or cons to not having them?
I wouldn't be doing any major off roading regularly, but the extra grip could come in handy from time to time.

Go slower with the roller? I used a similar method of painting using a marine paint called "International Toplac" when I built a boat several years ago. The method I used was to thin the paint, roller it on pretty quick so as to keep the wet edge and at the same time remove the roller mark...

Nice job on the conversion. I presume this would cost an arm and a leg if you didn't have a donor vehicle to take the syncro parts from? What I mean is....for someone who wants a syncro on a limited budget, would it be a good option to buy a nice 2wd from Germany and convert it to 4wd when funds all...
