Time has come to finally fit power windows....it's too far to stretch to the other side. Had anyone got any good recommendations on any aftermarket kits?
Many Thanks

So.. have we a few provisional events for 2014 to ponder over??? There is a sniff for the 1st May bank holiday weekend. Right got that in the diary... The Doka has another "new" engine, new trailing arms, exhaust, wheels and tyres etc etc etc....so maybe it will keep going long enough to ...

Re: 16" Trailing arm Spring End plate
Finally got the Seikel Arms fitted and very happy with them, very well made. I built up the original end plates with Aluminium Devcon which worked really well and much better than I'd hoped but would still like the the new cast ones when they are ready. Dai I now have the original two 16" trail...

Re: 16" Trailing arm Spring End plate
ok if anyone wants some, let me know. the more the merrier obviously, but if we assume that the numbers will be small, they will be £40 / pair plus VAT plus shipping which wont be much as they are quite light. i will check the price. If we can find 10 people who want them they will be £30/pair etc....

Re: 16" Trailing arm Spring End plate
neither of my petrol 16s had them, i think they are just to compensate for the extra weight of the diesel engines. i have no idea if they are any different to standard ones. i thought that they were just generally hard to come by. This is interesting? you saying there is nothing under the pig tail ...

Seems strange there is a special one for diesel?, but Diesel or Petrol I think better than nothing,

16" Trailing arm Spring End plate
Some one said "is you rear wheel supposed to look like that?"........ehm no..... As can be seen the trailing arm has rotten away. Seikel.de have a cast iron spare for a second mortgage which I'll have to get, unfortunatly though they don't supply the bottom end plate the pig tail sits in.....

I'll have a switch on the side also so can measure either main battery OR auxiliary battery. The little red LED at the side is a direct connection to the Glow plug ...

Re: Temp and Pressure Gauges
Green wire on the multiplug on back of dash pod is the alt signal. On the alt it is a red/black wire from memory.. You could just look out for diesel rev counter dash pod, it should be plug and play ......Yes of course...never thought of that, sometimes the most obvious thing is overlooked, if I fi...
