Thats a mess. Get some gunk and that engine cleaned up.
New throttle cable wont go amiss.
Suprised the injector hoses have not split with the "clever" ziptie clamps.
Maybe a look on BW for a fuel pump gasket set.

Best bet is get the correct bolts, BW will have them I a sure.
If the alty isnt true hope you didnt damage the bearings.

Take/post it too a calliper refurb place. Thew will drill (properly) and coil it provided you haven gone too far.

Best best is to get it to a garage and ask them to weld something on it. Drop them fiver for thier efforts.

Anyone who owns a T25 needs to be mechanically aware and hands on. Garages are few and far between that can handle the simplicity of repairing these buses.95% of garages now are fitters and cant repair a leaking innertube.

You will get there OP. Quick and shameful repairs always bite you back. If you cant weld, get the repair panels you need and call in a mobile welder. Those jacking points are rotten (wet rust). .....and when you think its bled, bleed and top up again.
Good work OP. I flushed my coolant last week and used a rad flush. Took 5 flushed to get clean water out. The rad flush took alot of dirt out.

That door plate had been butchered with not closing properly, you may get away with taking it off and filing it down, but needs a new one tbf. The mechanisms dry out, clean and use wd40 to get it moving free then some drops of motor oil. wd40 is only good for getting things moving. plus gas all the ...
